CEO Tim Healy has spent nearly three decades at the highest levels of both competitive sailing and the sailmaking industry. A three-time World Champion—with two J/24 titles and one J/70 title — Tim is also an industry-recognized leader with extensive experience leading global sailmaking businesses.
COO Rodrigo Meireles leads design, product and sailmaking operations with over three decades of experience leading manufacturing and supply chains in the global sailmaking industry.
CFO Dr. Jeff Shay brings more than three decades of experience helping organizations grow as a professor of entrepreneurship and strategic advisor to global brands. An experienced offshore and competitive sailor, Jeff has logged more than 25,000 ocean miles and raced a wide range of boats, from J/24s to Farr 40s.
CMO Nick von der Wense leads marketing for Elvstrøm Sails North America. He is a 15-time National and North American sailing champion and has a sailor's eye for detail to how the brand connects with customers.
Senior Sales Consultant Tom Castiglione brings over 30 years of experience in sailmaking and racing to the table. Castiglione uses his experience to understand and define the right setup for every customer - and the way they use their boat.
Dealer / Performance Consultant Steve Benjamin is among the most decorated racers in American sailing. The former olympic medalist has an astute skill at selecting the ideal setup for every type of racer, being a 4-time World Champion in 505, Etchells and Fireball(2x), a '84 Olympic Silver Medalist and Rolex Yachtsman of the Year in 2015.
