FRENETIC FASTNET

From a slow start, the sailors had something of everything in this years tricky Fastnet Race. 

We are delighted that our intrepid team on Just So held their own with the 'big boats' and finished an impressive 8th in IRC Overall, just 7 seconds off 7th place. Congratulations to David McGough and his crew.  With all the fleet bunching up, and the many tidal gates, it's a really impressive result.

We had many boats enduring the 'snakes and ladders' of the race, including our own Jerry White on board the Rachel Pugh 57' 'Siren'.  The Goodhew's Sigma 38 Persephone was 4th in IRC Class 4, and also out there was Sigma 38 Sam, J109 Red Arrow and X119 InXCelsis.
